La Villa Florence (Gîtes et chambres d’hôtes) est une belle et spacieuse maison de campagne, situé au cœur des Orangers de la région de Valencia en Espagne, à seulement 45 minutes de route de l’aéroport de Valence et à 1h25 de l’aéroport d’Alicante. Seulement à 3 km de la ville de Gandia, elle est dans un milieu rural entre les verdoyants agrumes et les commandes de vues époustouflantes sur les montagnes environnantes.
Vos hôtes , Nigel et Mark, s’occupent de la Villa Florencia(Gîtes et chambres d’hôtes) avec l’ensemble de ses installations et le confort comme un petit hôtel de campagne et combinent cela avec un sentiment de bienvenue d’informalité et de détente. Notre objectif à la Villa Florencia est de fournir un niveau exceptionnel de service individuel à nos clients, leur faisant sentir qu’ils sont dans une atmosphère amicale et informelle où ils peuvent se détendre et se reposer, sans les contraintes habituelles d’un hôtel classique.
Notre logement comprend 5 chambres spacieuses (trois avec deux lits séparés et deux avec grand lit). Elles ont toutes l’air conditionné et le chauffage, sont bien meublées et bénéficient d’un service d’entretien ménager quotidien. Le thé et le café sont fournis dans chaque chambre et toutes ont une salle de bain moderne avec une douche à jets. Il y a aussi un appartement à 2 chambres/2 salles de bains séparées, avec cuisine et salon.
La villa dispose aussi d’un emplacement de parking spacieux – nous suggérons à nos clients de louer une voiture afin de tirer le maximum de profit de la campagne et des villes environnantes.
La salle commune de la Villa Florencia comprend un bar et un salon à l’utilisation de tous nos clients, où – selon la saison -, vous pouvez avoir soit une boisson fraîche après une dure journée de bronzage autour de la piscine, ou profiter de votre digestif favori en face d’un feu de bois pendant les soirées froides d’hiver. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont servis sur la terrasse à baie vitrée qui a une vue panoramique sur les orangeraies et les montagnes environnantes.
Dehors, les vastes jardins de la villa sont généreusement agrémentés d’agrumes et de palmiers, de lauriers roses, de jasmin, de chèvrefeuille et de bien d’autres arbustes à fleurs parfumés et colorés qui offrent une superbe toile de fond pour la belle piscine et la terrasse ensoleillée isolée. La piscine elle-même a été récemment rénové à un niveau particulièrement élevé, et les caractéristiques des marches généreusement dimensionnées de type ‘plate-forme’ qui font qu’il est très facile d’y pénétrer et dans sortir, ainsi que de fournir de l’espace pour se détendre simplement avec le clapotis de l’eau autour de vous durant une chaude journée d’été! Il y a une suffisamment de mobilier de jardin et de parasols pour votre utilisation, ainsi qu’un barbecue extérieur et une salle à manger.
Pour ceux qui souhaitent s’aventurer plus loin, la Villa Florencia offre un point de départ pour des excursions quotidiennes. Des plages primés à « Playa de Gandia »se trouvent à 8kms au loin et des installations de stations telles que Benidorm avec ses parcs à thème et autres attractions sont à 40 minutes en voiture. Des Monastères, grottes et nombreux villages pittoresques attendent d’être explorés, ainsi que Gandia Ville elle-même avec son centre historique et son Palais Borgia.
La vie nocturne n’est pas rare non plus, avec un large choix de bars et clubs à Playa de Gandia. Un service fiable de train à Gandia (ou 45 minutes de trajet en voiture) vous emmène à la belle ville de Valence, avec une multitude de bâtiments historiques et d’architecture emblématique de la nouvelle Cité des Arts et des Sciences.
